By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
Moonlight Galerie creates handmade jewellery in small quantities or as one-of-one pieces.
Each piece is created around a specific stone, its natural shape and the selected materials. Small irregularities, natural variations in stones, and slight differences in shape, colour, texture or finish are part of the handmade nature of each piece and are not considered defects.
Materials may include semi-precious stones, tin, silver, stainless steel components, lace, ribbon, velvet, textile cords or other materials stated in the product description.
We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting and photography.
All product descriptions, prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 — PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Most Moonlight Galerie pieces are one-of-one. This means that only one piece is available unless stated otherwise.
A product is not reserved until the order has been completed and payment has been received.
If, for any reason, a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you and issue a refund if needed.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available for purchase and to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 4 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation means that we have received your order.
We reserve the right to accept, cancel or refuse an order where necessary, for example due to product unavailability, incorrect information, payment issues, pricing errors or suspected misuse of the website.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted or prepared for shipping.
Purchases are intended for personal use and not for commercial resale.

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website.
Prices may vary depending on the stone, size, materials, cord, complexity and handmade nature of the piece.
Prices do not include shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, shipping and payment information for all purchases made through our website.
SECTION 6 — PAYMENT
Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods on the website.
Your order will only be processed after payment has been successfully received.
If payment is not completed or is declined, the order may be cancelled.
SECTION 7 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method and external circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or events outside our control.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout unless stated otherwise.
SECTION 8 — CUSTOM, ADJUSTED AND PERSONALISED PIECES
Some Moonlight Galerie pieces may be made, adjusted or personalised according to the customer’s request.
This may include a specific stone and cord combination, cord change, length adjustment, made-to-order piece, or any other personalised detail.
Custom, adjusted and personalised pieces cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged.
SECTION 9 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Ready-made pieces purchased online can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us first at info@moonlightgalerie.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

SECTION 10 — DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
Please e-mail info@moonlightgalerie.com with your order details, a description of the issue and clear photos of the piece and packaging.
We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
SECTION 11 — REPAIRS
If a problem appears due to a making fault, we may offer a repair where possible. Each case is reviewed individually.
Repairs do not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, broken stones, damage caused by water, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, sleeping, showering, swimming, sport or improper handling.
Moonlight Galerie pieces are delicate handmade objects and should be handled with care.
SECTION 12 — CARE OF JEWELLERY
Please keep your piece dry and avoid contact with water, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, sweat and cleaning products.
We recommend removing your jewellery before sleeping, showering, swimming, exercising or any activity that could damage the piece.
Textile cords, lace, ribbons and velvet should be stored gently and kept away from moisture, sharp objects and rough handling.
SECTION 13 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, logos, product designs, branding, videos, photography, layout and visual materials, belongs to Moonlight Galerie unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, download, store or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
The name Moonlight Galerie, its logos, designs and visual identity may not be used without our written permission.
